- Phil - you won't be able to view the IPA characters in the previewer, but
- you should still be able to view a document containing them if the ipa
- fonts are in the TEXFONTS: path; the easiest way to arrange this is to
- *dir <where-ever>.IPATest
- because Texfonts$path includes @. as its last directory.
-
- [You'll get an warning, but it will continue; if you don't have the texfonts
- path set up properly you'll get an error and it will exit]
-
- 'test' is a plain tex file, and will print correctly in postscript. (Use
- the !Dvialw driver; you can't yet output to postscript via the !Draw route
- because the Risc Os printer drivers don't (yet) convert outline fonts to
- postscript fonts on the fly -- they assume a corresponding PS font is
- already in the printer)
-
- Anyway, if you output a page with dvialw, you *might* be able to include
- it in something else if you edit in an encapsulated PS header by hand.
-
- I'm sending you an upgrade to TeX -- we've just made major improvements to
- the previewer recently. Also I've finally got a licencse for the Acorn modules
- and the proper versions -- see new !System and !SysMerge.
-
- I've tidied up the !Boot and !Run commands of all the programs too.
